Control

You make the rules, Rudy works inside them

Set four things once: your rate floor, your lanes, your home time and the most Rudy may book without asking. Anything over the line comes to you.

Rules once

Four rules, set once

These are the owner’s rules from the film. Rudy is built to check every load against them, and never go under them.

Rate floor

$2.40 / mi

The lowest you’ll run. Rudy is built to walk away rather than go under it.

Lanes

Within 50 mi

Where the truck will go, how far it runs empty, and what it avoids.

Home time

Home by Friday

Every load is checked against when your driver needs to be home.

Approval limit

Ask me above $2,000

Anything over it waits for your tap.

The Dispatch rules screen on an iPhone: minimum $2.40 a mile, pickup within 50 miles, Luis home by Friday, ask me above $2,000
From the launch film. Sample rules.

Over your limit

Rudy asks before it books

In the film the broker agrees to $2,225. That’s over the owner’s $2,000 limit, so Rudy doesn’t book it. It sends a Book button to his phone at 2:14 AM. One tap, back to sleep.

In early access, every booking waits for your OK. As you come to trust it, you decide what may go ahead on its own.

Brokers always know they’re talking to an AI

Rudy is designed to open every call by telling the broker it’s an AI dispatcher calling for your carrier. If the broker would rather talk to a person, the call comes to you.

The call in the film is a short sample, with sample companies and AI voices.

Always yours

What never leaves your hands

Rudy is built to walk away from a load rather than go under your rate floor.
Approvals
Anything over your limit, or outside a rule, waits for you. Book it, or not this one.
New brokers
A broker you haven’t worked with asks you first.

The record
Every decision, approval and refusal is kept with who, when and why.
